ACCOMMODATION

If you would like to stay in the area overnight, we have reserved a room block at the Hotel Zero Degrees in Danbury.

​To reserve a room in the block, call the front desk at 203.730.9200 or email reservationsdanbury@hotelzerodegrees.com and ​indicate you are part of the Torres-Laboy Wedding Block. ​You will need to provide a credit card number to guarantee the reservation. ​The hotel accept​s​ all major credit cards and require all individual reservations to be made no later than September 22, 2017.

There will be an After Party back at the hotel after the reception (cash bar) in the hotel's restaurant, Terra. In addition, breakfast is included in your room rate and we will have a room secured for us on Sunday morning. Please join us for both!

Hotel Zero Degrees has lifted the limit on our room block. They should be contacting those that were placed on their waiting list. If you have not heard from the hotel, please, call them immediately to get your room reserved.

​

While we would love everyone stay at Hotel Zero Degrees, as additional festivities will be held there, we have blocked additional rooms at the Crowne Plaza Danbury. Should you wish to secure a room there in the event Hotel Zero Degrees does not become available, please follow this link or call 866.907.2314 and use group code "TLW." We will make sure the shuttle does a pick-up and drop-off at the Crowne Plaza as it is very conveniently located near Hotel Zero Degrees Danbury.

TRANSPORTATION

There will be a shuttle to the reception departing the hotel at 5:30pm. The shuttles will also be available after the reception back to the hotel starting at 10:30pm.
